Like all Alton products this pillow is excellent quality. Shipping was quick and arrived before estimated time of arrival, the pillow is feather light and packs down nice and small. Got it next to a pair of large (not extra large) eggs for size reference.

I know we chase light weight & overall packing size, but if you can’t get a good sleep it starts to knock you around after a couple of days. The new pillow is good but it needs to have a slightly larger foot print, an extra 100mm x 50mm & with the ability to be able to make it taller, maybe 75mm(you can always let some wind out). On a resent trip (this week just gone) , I ended up taking two of the new pillows (insulated ones) I could get the height correct with one slightly deflated but they are still very small & hard to keep from moving around under your head even with the fitted sheet on the sleeping mat. Two pillows wasn’t ideal as they were slipping on one another. Also the material finish one the original pillow was great. Thank you Ben Dickinson 0438040744

First time trying this out, wasn’t disappointed I’ll tell you that, Alton gear is the best.
