Shipping & Returns

  • All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excludes weekends and public holidays).

  • Yes. All of our orders come with complimentary tracking. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number. 

    Didn't receive a tracking number? Email us with your order number and we will rectify this ASAP!

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

  • International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges depending on their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the product or shipping charge. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your country. If taxes are refused and order is returned to sender, we will not offer a refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact us prior to placing your order.

    EU Residents Please Note: Alton Goods Pty Ltd is not registered for EU VAT. If you are an EU resident customer, (from 1 July 2021) you will be required to pay VAT on any packages received upon collection, for all declared values. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the product or shipping charge.
