The advanced water-based formula does not require heat activation, simply allow the treated gear to air dry completely and the UV and waterproof properties will take effect.

How to Use Nikwax SolarProof® Spray

Ensure your gear is clean and free of grime or debris. Lay the item out flat, or if you’re treating a tent, set it up. Apply Nikwax Tent & Gear SolarProof® Spray evenly over the entire outer surface, ensuring no areas are missed. Wait two minutes, then wipe away any surplus product with a damp cloth. Leave the item dry completely before packing it away.
